At Volleyball1on1 we designed our Team Building Pyramid as a system for High School Varsity Head Coaches and their staff to navigate the incredible challenge of having this generation of high school players work together successfully in a team environment.
Our team building process helps teams as well as each team member individually with proprietary breakthrough tools such as, “Do Your Share” ™. Our system for team building is also used as a powerful tool for teaching important life skills on how to work with others successfully in a career as a team member or leader of a team.
