This video features Chris Austin taking his team through a early practice volleyball visualization exercises. This is the first time we have filmed this in practice, yet volleyball visualization it not something unheard of. For example we have filmed practices with Tom Black where the team has done visualization before or after practice.

What I also feel this video does is demonstrate a coaching demeanor Chris has with his players that is very successful. He is stern yet not overly “barking” orders non stop. Coaching high school and club boys can be tough but I feel this series of videos will help youth coaches better interact and maintain a co-operative, yet fun and high level of discipline.
