1. Work on the arm swing and get the most out of it using down balls.
2. Add an extra skill by setting yourself while working on hitting against the wall.
3. This drill focuses only on setting with a four stage progression with the ball.
4. Increase lateral movement and conditioning by moving laterally while setting against the wall.
