Lauren is a six year AVP and FIVB pro with two FIVB satellite event wins. Her beach career started in 2003 after being a four year starting outside hitter at UCLA. She earned Pac-10 All-Freshman team honors, three Academic All-American honors and honorable mention All-Pac-10. After college Lauren played pro indoors in Turkey and Puerto Rico. In 2006 she finished eighth in kills, 2007 tenth in blocks and 2009 knocked off the top seed at the Brooklyn Open. On the FIVB Lauren has finished as high as fourth in four different grand slam events.
