This is a full volleyball practice plan and review of the practice with Wes Schneider and Cal Baptist University Men’s Program.
Cal Baptist University boast one of the most successful volleyball programs in NAIA volleyball history winning 8 of the last 11 National Championships before moving over to play Div I and Div II volleyball. The program is coached by Wes Schneider who begins his second season at the helm for Cal Baptist. Prior to Cal Baptist, Schneider amassed a 52-17 overall record as Lees-McRae Bobcat’s head coach, going a perfect 36-0 in conference play during his tenure including, Conference Coach of the Year.
This is an extremely insightful practice and conversation from the office where the coaches were an open and revealing, thus sharing great coaching tips, drills and more. Wes Schneider is a great, considerate coach who always puts his players and their well being first. He inspiration on how and what it takes to be successful as a professional coach.
