Hi, I’m Lauren Fendrick, top ten AVP player, top twenty FIVB player and four year starter as an outside hitter at UCLA.
Video tape is an invaluable tool to improving your game. In college I watched hours of tape and still use it today as I train out on the sand for women’s beach volleyball at the 2012 Olympic games.
