Why Is “Good” The Enemy Of “Great”?

There are many “good” youth volleyball coaches but far fewer “great” youth volleyball coaches. “Good” is often the enemy of “great”. “Good” is often “good” enough for most coaches. The recognition “good” youth volleyball coaches receive often keeps “good” coaches from ever becoming “great” coaches with “great” programs. “Great” coaches and “great” programs have a system!
