This video contains a volleyball warm up drill utilized by Dan Fisher called the 20 Pressure Passes Volleyball Drill.
Dan stresses warming up in non traditional ways meaning warming up the players while working on skills on the net. This warm up drill works on passing and passing under pressure! As the number of perfect passes increases so does the intensity of the serve and the pressure to make a good pass.
What is also interesting is as the intensity increases the target area is moved off the net. Rather than making errors on tough serves and passing the ball over the net the players target area is increased backward off the net meaning a ball is still considered a good pass if passed an additional 2-3 feet off the net on a very tough serve!
