This 3rd beach volleyball drill (In Pedro Brazao Practice) is a 2 ball beach volleyball defense drill featuring a line block and angle defense with beach volleyball coach Pedro Brazao attacking from a bench to simulate a real attack. The players play the defense out off the dig but not off the block.
 
The players are now starting to get warm and as a result the playing level in the drills and intensity is increasing.
 
There are a number of powerful coaching points in this video and include everything from starting position for the blocker to where the ball is set in transition.
 
This drill like the others drill really keeps the players active and moving with allot of game like reps.
 
Also most coaches in the United States at least have one of these benches for training. You can pick them up at HomeDepot. It is a 2 foot aluminum painters bench that cost under $50.
 
Additionally worth noting is the bench the coach is hitting top serves off of to make the play more game like plus help players work on setting off passes with allot of spin.
